Cat Isfan grew up in Chicago, Illinois as an immigrant from Arad, Romania. His first experience with real estate investments was as a young boy, helping his father manage their first multi-family property in 1978. Since then, Cat has consulted with hundreds of investors and families in matters ranging from investment lending, retirement planning, multi-family housing, and master planned communities. Cat Isfan holds and has held licenses as a stock broker, insurance consultant, master dealer, and currently as a CCIM member candidate. Cat is dedicated to helping investors find value in today’s Arizona economic market through real property investments.

Douglas LaCorte moved to Arizona in 1980 and has been involved in the Real Estate Community since 1998. Doug gained experience and achieved success in the local real estate market as both a residential loan officer and then as a wholesale account executive with a major bank. After developing a strong knowledge of real estate finance, Doug became a licensed Residential/Commercial Real Estate Agent in 2006.

His primary focus has been in the Office and Retail Market including current space and developing new space. My name is Dr. John Sebanc and I have been a health care provider for over 25 years and have been a general practitioner, a specialist, in solo practice, and was a managing partner for a large group practice.

During my years as a healthcare provider, I have transacted multiple purchases, sales, rentals, and have negotiated leases for professional buildings and office spaces.

After retiring in 1999 from healthcare, I continued my personal interest in real estate ownership, investments and transactions. With my continued active enthusiasm in real estate, it was a natural progression for me to make it another career.

Real estate has become complicated, and as in health care, if you have special needs, which are critically important, you see a specialist. I targeted my new career to commercial real estate, with a focus on healthcare related properties.

Teddie grew up surrounded by family members that were real estate brokers and investors back in El Paso, TX. Being surrounded by investors and Brokers it was a natural transition to become interested in real estate and investing. Teddie moved to the Phoenix area in 2000 where she received her Bachelor Degree in Marketing. While in college, Teddie worked in the lending industry. She experienced the residential market at its peak and was coordinating up to 30 million in loans. Customer service is very important in all business and Teddie continues to put customer service as her number one priority. She strives to make sure that her clients are satisfied during and after any transaction. She is committed to understanding her investor's goals when working with them to find the best investment for their business or portfolio. When working with Principals she uses her marketing degree and her knowledge of the market to help get their properties sold.
